Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree required; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

• US work authorization (Required).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users; excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.

• Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and general troubleshooting principles.

• Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 pounds) and work in a variety of environments including office, shop, and hangar settings.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Job Description

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Assist in onboarding and offboarding users, including workstation setup and account provisioning.

• Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, escalating when appropriate.

• Support IT inventory tracking and equipment maintenance.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure accurate documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure system uptime and smooth operations.

• Participate in IT projects, training, and other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift

• Monday to Friday

• Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required

• Includes a 1-hour lunch break

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications a plus (but not required)
